Great customer service. Richard was extremely helpful, took the time and helped me setup up the app for easy gate access. I have been renting for a couple of months now and I am there 3-5 times a week, he is consistently monitoring the units and the facility is well kept.

Extra Space Storage at the 27904 US Highway 281 location was the perfect location to store my household goods and automobile during a recent move. The manager, Richard, goes far beyond his job duties to ensure a well-run operation. He knows all customers by name and is always present at the property and by phone to assist. I've had to extend my unit stay multiple times, and it was handled without any issues. Richard is professional and I recommend this location if you need your property protected. I don't think there has been a single time when visiting my unit, that I don't see the manager touring the grounds speaking with the customers. There are many storage sites in San Antonio, but this location is a top!
