  I have been renting from the company for almost a year. I am very satisfied and highly recommend them. Kevin offers excellent customer service. He goes above and beyond. He is very courteous and reliable. The prices are very responsible. The location is very convenient as well.

  The storage is convenient for my location but overall it has issues with app trying to enter the facility and the unit. I have to delete the app when returning to the facility and to enter my unit. Now that is an inconvenience for me when I’m in a rush to get something and run out . I have made complaints to the MOD and they also notice that it shouldn’t happened and made phone calls to get it resolved.unfortunately some of the person don’t return the call to fix the issues and some say it’s fixed . Until I try it again it works the one time but constantly gives problems still HELP HELP!!!!
