I think it’s a very good self storage. It’s pretty cheap and it goes with your budget. You know it if you’re a little short, that’ll help you out you know yes Allah I love this place. I recommended to anybody looking for ExtraSpace or self storage. I recommend ExtraSpace storage on commerce West commerce let that be your first stop if you’re looking for extra storage.

Not happy with start of rental. Reserved unit on line for amonday. On Friday they called me to get payment from online reservation and I made finalizations on Saturday, since they are closed on Sunday. Spoke to office manager and was told they would call me back after lunch to confirm email I sent was good. Never called back.
It's Sunday, I'm here at unit with movers. The office manager never told me I needed to download another app to access the lock which requires a code. They never even set it up to send me a code to enter into the app. Now, we're waiting at least 15 minute to see of office manager is going to contact me and if they are willing to send me the code so I can gain access to my unit. They would have to come in for that.
So frustrating. And a waste of movers' time and mine.
