So this place apparently got bought by Extra Space storage. I had no expectation of this happening and no notification from Storage 4 U.
Today I’m wondering why the payment hasn’t been pulled out and I guess the auto-payments never transferred to the new business…because now they’re saying I have no access and I have to pay the late fee when I was never notified.
No email from the previous business, no email from the current business about any of this- just an emailed late fee. I work offshore weeks-months at a time and I have auto pay on all of my bills. Imagine coming back from a long work visit and finding this out…what would happen to my things?
This is so disappointing and unprofessional from both businesses involved. Hopefully Extra Space will understand
