RATS!!!!!! I would not recommend this storage facility to anyone. The conditions here are unacceptable and clearly not being managed properly.
There is consistently broken glass all over the parking lot and loading areas, including directly in front of storage units. It already feels unsafe before you even open your unit.
The biggest issue, though, is the rodent problem. I reported seeing rat droppings and was told the area would be “sprayed.” Just two days later, I opened my unit and found three dead rats caught in traps inside. When I came back days after that, those same dead rats were still sitting there. That tells me no one is regularly checking or maintaining these units, even after being notified of a problem.
To make matters worse, when I finally saw an employee on site and asked him to remove them, there was no apology or urgency. He simply laughed it off, which was incredibly unprofessional given the situation. The units themselves are uncapped, dirty, and smell musty. Between the lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and clear rodent issue, your belongings are not safe here.
Do yourself a favor and don’t cut corners to save a few dollars. Spend a little more for an indoor facility or a company that actually takes care of their property and their customers.
