  Oscar was very knowledgeable about the mattress and the differences. My wife and I have been looking to replace our king size beds with two twins to adjust our sides the way we liked. Oscar helped us understand the differences and how our current bed differs. In addition to helping us find the right twin for each, he looked up our current size bed to ensure we are not choosing the wrong twin size (twin or twin xl). Great service, proffessional and knowledge is what Oscar provided us.

  Was looking for a new mattress because my old one was as hard as a rock. Alex listened to what I wanted and was very patient while I tested out the beds to make sure I found what I wanted. Highly recommend him 10/10!

  Our sales Person Matthew is definitely an asset to your company. We came in to look at different mattresses and he never tried to create a need. Having been in sales most of my life at 70 now I have seen it all, and modestly have won a bunch of honors in the sales field. Have attended many, many sales training camps. So, I know a thing or two about sales. Matthew approached us, when he knew we had questions. And yet, when we asked a question, he took the time to ask us questions and dig deeper into what our needs were, which was outstanding way to tailor his products to what I needs were. And because a great salesman knows if you create a need just for the sale, you make one sale that may turn out to be a buyer's remorse, because it was not really a need the customer had, because the salesperson created it. However, if you find out what the actual need the customer has and can match your product to their need, the salesperson becomes an advocate for the customer's needs, and you have a customer that will return and tell a friend about how they were helped by a salesperson like Matthew. So, you not only have a fantastic manager, but I believe someone you could get him to train other salespeople in your organization. I do want to give a nod to my youngest daughter who lives here in San Antonio and took use to your store first. After, sitting and talking with Matthew, to me it was obvious to me that I was going to buy from him. Like a seasoned veteran he continued to probe to uncover our needs. His ability to upsale was a masterclass in doing so. He only put an idea out there, waited for us to inquire about the better opportunity he had threw out there. Never, felt at anytime he was pushing us in one way or the other. We felt we were in control of the process where in reality Matthew was in the lead. And again when we would go for the premium item, he would float the question " are you sure you want that, then the answer showed him that we wanted it, thus it was our decision. Brilliant, A salesperson is hard to sale to because we know about how sales works. But, this masterful salesperson " Matthew " was a pleasure to deal with. He also knew his products backwards and forward. ALL of his products. He was very professional but not in a stuffy way, more like asking your best friend what do they think. We are thrilled with our purchase and if anyone asks us " where is a good place to buy mattresses you know I will be telling them Denver mattress and ask for Matthew. And Finally my sincere Thanks for having A great salesperson that doesn't create a need, but rather fills needs that his customer has already told him about. Sincerely, David Langenberg P.S.
