Very poor service from employees. They would not even get up from their chairs to discuss upholstery.

Arrow did an impeccable job with my antique sofa. The back channeling is exceptional

Scott was on time and very helpful with our project. We had an unfortunate experience with another company and called several other recommendations. Then I remembered the old commercial where the lady was so happy she said "I've used them 3 times haven't I?" The drapes are beautiful and the quality is top of the line We are so thankful to find a reputable company with good customer service skills. Highly recommend Arrow Upholstery

I am STILL loving my chairs and the immaculate work of ARROW upholstery. Dang good work, yall. *****†*********************** I had two Early MCM chairs from Grandmother's house. Badly stained and tattered in a tornado many years ago, the construction quality was still incomparable . I selected a beautiful, higher quality fabric from Arrow's inventory and entrusted them with the task of marrying Grandmother's Old with My New-ish. HOT DIGGITY DOG!!! ARROW UPHOLSTERY KILLED IT!!! The respect for original details, the care and skill put into their work exceeded my expectations. The chairs are gorgeous, comfortable. The fabric is soft, yet sturdy and easy to clean. The legs are the vintage spice to the clean contemporary neutral Navy. It was worth the wait to allow you to do your best work on those chairs. The price is comparable to the industry standard and actually lower than several estimates. I have a bigger chair to be reupholstered! Y'all SLAY!!!🤓

The cushions DO NOT fit & we were NOT provided a wide selection of fabric choices! Either the back cushion is too high or the lower cushion extends too far out depending on which cushion is pushed in! I informed Scott at the time of delivery that they did not fit & Scott stated “they will settle in with time” well Scott, could you please define time? 10 years?? Needless to say, we will never use this company again nor will we ever be able to recommend this company to anyone! Poor Poor workmanship!
