I walked in, greeted by every worker, got offered a snack and a water while testing out the furniture for about an hour. I may live here. On a serious note, i will always choose Aaron's over Ashley's. Sibling rivalry or divorced parents, am I right? Okay, but on a more serious note than that, everyone working at this location is so nice. All the negative reviews about "harassment" if you miss a payment. If you dont have the money to pay, DONT BUY IN THE FIRST PLACE. Jeez, just pay them. So dramatic- their customers. No but seriously, this place is awesome and everyone here is like family ;D They tend to the customers even when they're busy and they never ignore you. They were so sweet to my son as well. He's only 2 but he wants his first purchase to be from this Aaron's location. He told me. Im coming back on a monthly basis just to hang out with everyone.

I was only one day late on my payment, yet around 9:00 PM, the manager (whose name starts with an “S”) sent an employee to my home demanding cash. When I explained the situation, the employee became threatening and refused to leave my property. No customer should ever feel intimidated or unsafe over a payment that is only one day overdue. The entire experience was unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. There is a respectful way to handle collections, and this was not it. Because of how I was treated, Aaron’s has lost two customers. I will also be filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and any other appropriate consumer protection agencies. I hope this location is held accountable and learns how to treat customers with basic respect.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
