The very worst experience we have ever had of Lowe's. Ordered a replacement stove on 7/23/26 and they offered the installation package. The stove was at the store and was to be delivered and installed. We called and called about the delivery beginning last week. Finally found out the company that they use for delivery and installation was a company out of another state and they had no employees to do all that we paid for . Finally after multi calls to the store i got in touch with store manager and he refunded the money for delivery and installation. We called back the next day and just ask for simple delivery of the stove and we hired others to help us get the stove set up and they are going to haul off the old stove for us. Today, they were suppose to call us when they were going to deliver it today and I have not received a phone call yet. I rushed home from an appointment to be at the house so when they called I could give them a code to the gate. I have been on the phone for about 30 minutes talking to the manager of the store and someone in the appliance department. Finally the head of delivery said we were 7th on the list and they were still at #4. The guy was rude and would not take my phone number to call as my husband was in a meeting and could not be reached. He said they will only call the number on the order. Please be aware of how this store is being run now. Horrible customer service all the way around.

Oh my gosh...three days ago I went to Lowe's to get a Lowe's employee to come to my house and measure a window for shades. I have not heard anything from Lowe's. I called and spoke with a woman who was very rude. When I went to Lowe's three days ago I could not find a salesperson, after walking through the store a man suddenly appeared, he was a employee of the store. I did not like his attitude and he signed me up for a visit from a employee, he took $45.00 and said he would get someone to come out... no one has been out. I will NEVER shop at Lowe's again.

My wife and I went there to purchase a ceiling fan, there were at least 3 employees in the area, NOT ONE OFERED ANY SERVICE, ONE OF THE
FEMALES SAT ON HER PHONE THE WHOLE TIME.
The only bright spot about the visit was the older gentleman employee who tooktime to help us as we were looking at tiles for kitchen. He was friendly and offered the help. HE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.

A few days ago going into the door i was stressed because i couldn’t find a riding cart for myself because i have fibromyalgia and can’t stand for long periods of time. I was greeted by Emily at the door and she found a cart for me. She also had someone in plumbing help me look for the faucet i need and then checked me out.
