They told me when I bought the mattress that it would be delivered on Tuesday but that didn’t happen so now I have to sleep on the couch because I got my room ready for the new mattress. 🤔

My husband and I recently spent over two hours shopping at Furniture Row in San Angelo Tx, and we cannot say enough good things about our experience with Aexandria. From the moment she greeted us, she was friendly, engaging and incredibly knowledgeable. Furniture shopping can be overwhelming when your furnishing multiple rooms, but Alexandria made the entire process enjoyable and stress free. She patiently showed us numerous options, answered every question thoroughly, and helped us compare different pieces while staying within our budget. What impressed us most was that she never made us feel rushed or pressured. Instead, she listened carefully to what we were looking for and worked hard to help us find the best choices for our home. Her enthusiasm, sense of humor, and genuine interest in helping us made the experience not only productive but genuinely fun. Thanks to Alexandria's outstanding service, we purchased two bedroom suits, a dining table, a sofa, a love seat, a coffee table, and two end tables. We left feeling confident in every decision we made.Exceptional customer service is rare and Alexandria delivered it from start to finish. She is a tremendous asset to furniture row, and we would gladly seek her out again for future purchases. If you're shopping at Furniture Row in San Angelo, do yourself a favor and ask for Alexandria, you will be glad you did.

I bought a $1700.00 couch in March. By May it needed stuffing in multiple cushions. I called and was told to send pictures to have a work order done. I did right away. Today is October 5th and I am STILL waiting for my cushions to be re stuffed. I have called muliple times and told they are waiting on the order. Almost 5 months just for stuffing is ridiculous and now the seats are so flat one side is super hard and I dont even want to call about it because at this point what's the point. Wasted my money and time and now I have a stupid flat looking couch. Just go somewhere else.

Fabian was kind and professional and he helped me and my nephew find recliners that fit both of our criteria. He was very patient with us as well considering we both had a lot of questions about which recliners would fit our needs the most.
