  Good selection and great sales. William was very helpful when we were making our recent bed selection. He even remembered us from when we had previously came in to look around. Answered all of our questions patiently while we tried out all of the different products.

  William was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, understanding and great to work with. He told us about the different mattresses and showed us each brands that had similar feels based on what we were after, so we could pick out one that was best for us. Thank you William! We look forward to our new bed.

  The sales associate was pressuring my wife to purchase a mattress cover. He said it was mandatory to purchase. When I walked up and intervened, he stated, “are you willing to risk a $2000 mattress due to the lack of a mattress cover”? We do not appreciate someone trying to force us to purchase a product which is not necessary. The sales associate was very condescending during the conversation.
