  My pump went out and needed a pool pump motor in a hurry for daughters birthday. I tried to call in and was placed on hold, I hung up after 20 mins. I decided to do my research online and order it. What I didn't know is there is some sort of feud between the local store and online ordering. They kept cancelling my orders, gave me no notification, and all of sudden went from fully stocked to nothing (unless I wanted to come in and buy). I am amazed that someone would think it is appropriate to take their corporate frustration out on the client. Leslie must be desperate for help. The good news is there are other locally owned pool companies. I would strongly caution anyone not to purchase from place that employs individuals with zero character.

  Friendly and helpful staff. Helped me load some new pool sand for me, I didn't have to lift a finger (besides pulling out my wallet).
