  Sharon made our experience of shopping for a recliner very pleasant. I've never had this much fun spending so much money, but Sharon made the shopping and paying so enjoyable! Thank you to Sharon, Tracy and Stella, we appreciate you all working so hard to make sure we got what we wanted and then some. We can't wait for our delivery day! 🙌🏾 🎉👍🏾

  Wish I could give zero stars!!!!!!! Was talked into a warranty and we were assured any issues what so ever no questions asked would be taken care of. Well this 5000$+ couch which was supposed to be of highest quality ( no where near the lazy boy quality ) we grew up with. We over paid and thought it would be worth it and also thought we solidified that with the high pressure warranty pitch. First issue we have the headrest pillow inner structure collapsed (Obviously a defect) called in to warranty they said send pictures ??? ( they lied about that saying someone would come out and inspect it repair it or even take it repair it and deliver it back) nope just said the damage happens with normal use??? It’s not damaged at all. It’s broken at a headrest internally. Stay away at all costs and don’t fall for their lies. This junk is flea market fall off a truck quality. ( although that would last longer and not cost you 5k$ or more lesson learned. They will learn also . I am going to post pictures on every social media outlet and tell everyone I can. It will cost them more than what it would have to do the rite thing.

  Sharon was wonderful to work with. I came in thinking I knew what kind of chair I wanted, but she listened to what I was looking for and helped me find one I liked even better. I couldn't be happier with my purchase. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, and she went the extra mile to make sure I could take the chair home that same day. Elva W not only knows important details about the different chairs La-Z-Boy offers, she asked important questions to support and confirm the chair I had in mind was The One. And, this is huge for me, as she was helping me be confident about my purchase she did so without making me feel pressure to buy now or buy a different model or buy something in addition to my chair. Elva W is a trusted and knowledgeable La-Z-Boy representative of whom any customer would be thrilled to have her help.

  My wife and I had a great sales experience with Stella. She was more than professional. One of the things we loved is that she left us alone to shop but dropped by ever so often to check in and answer questions. When we finally decided on the furniture we wanted, she moved quickly to put the quote together and didn’t pressure us to decide. Love the store and the product.
