- DRDan RMay 6, 20261.0What a scam. My rate nearly doubled after just 4 months. The website said web rate and inferred that was going to be my monthly rate. No asterisk or limited promo offer label during the sign up process. The FAQ does say rates will be adjusted from time to time. But nearly doubling the rate after 4 months is ridiculous. I called the customer service and was lectured about market costs with zero empathy and no help. On top of that I was called by the local staff a few weeks ago and crudely interrogated about one of their carts being left out and I didn’t even use a cart. Also the climate control is bogus. My unit has been over 80 degrees the last 5 times I’ve gone. I’ve never heard the air conditioner turn on.
