Extra Space Storage made the whole process shockingly easy. Signing up online was a breeze, the prices were great, and the instructions were easy to follow — which is saying something, because I am absolutely capable of overthinking a locked gate and a unit number.
The facility itself is immaculately clean. Like, “did someone just deep-clean this place for a magazine shoot?” clean.
Even though the process was very simple, Nisha, the on-site manager, was incredibly patient with me since finding my way out of wet paper can be difficult. She was kind, helpful, and took the time to answer everything without making me feel like I needed adult supervision.
Great experience all around. Highly recommend!
