I recently spoke over the phone with Elena regarding a unexpected price increase i was not aware of. Elena walked me through the process and gave me a few options to resolve my issues. Her customer service skills are top of the line, she really does care. I arrived the day we agreed upon for transfer and was met with another extremely helpful representative named Esther. Esther was already aware I was coming in and had units ready for us to walk even though we never spoke about the issues, due to Elena's fantastic communication skills relaying all the information, & Esther's impressive adaptabilty & preparedness, the walk was seamless. Esther showed amazing customer service, strong will to also help find the best option available and overall, was fantastic. If you're looking for affordable deals to store your personal belongings and a staff that actually cares, this is the place!

They provide heavy duty carts to transport your belongings and the space we rented holds all of our stuff as they said it would. Really a very pleasant experience.
