For years, as an entertainer and a deployed Fed Gov employee, I’ve moved around the country and had storage units! So, I’ve experienced the best and the worst!
THIS ROUND ROCK TX location is one of THE BEST PLACES in the states! John and his staff give excellent customer service and the units and grounds were always impeccably clean and maintained.

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my rental at unit. . I removed some items on Saturday but fully intended to continue storing property there. My rent was paid on July 19, 2026, which should have guaranteed access until August 18, 2026. I never informed the manager that I was moving out.
The manager chose to terminate my lease early and re‑rent the unit without telling me. I spoke with him for a long time on Saturday, and he never mentioned anything about ending my agreement. The next day, my friend received a move‑out notice, and when I tried to call, the office was closed. On Monday, I called several times with no response and had to physically go to the facility. Only then was I told the lease was terminated because the door was left open — a reason that does not justify ending a paid lease without notice.
This conduct feels deceptive and unethical. My rental fee was kept, my lease was cut short, and no refund or fair remedy was offered.
