- MGMeghan G4 days ago1.0Beware. They got me with the old bait-and-switch. After the first month, I received a notice in the mail informing me that they were increasing my rate - to more than DOUBLE the advertised price online. The notice said that rates were going up for everyone, due to the economy blah blah blah... While the prices advertised online have remained the same. 🤔 Obviously the low rates you see online are only there to hook you, then once you're all moved in and signed up for automatic payments, they raise your rent significantly knowing that you're likely not going to go through the trouble to load everything back up and take your business elsewhere. That's the purpose of their month-to-month contract, so they aren't locked into the low price you get when you initially sign up.
