  TODAY is May 5th 2026 its 9:52 am . Unfortunately I had a huge misunderstanding with the General Manager Lance. At first I thought he was a nice person , but it turns out he is totally not a nice Manager. He thinks he is the Main GUY to talk to, thats exactly how he put it . I asked for my late fee to be waived because of the phone system not allowing me to call customer service directly, the phone calls always REROUTE me to the property managers phone . On top of that the app is really a piece of wasted time ⏲️. Then I ask for his managers information so I can reach out to him to tell him how offensive this man was, and he said I am the main guy I am the only one you can talk to , I am not giving you my supervisors email, I am the only one who you can talk to I am the manager of all these , these were his exact words . Then he had the odasidy to tell me , just because you are unemployed Ray Ray doesn't mean you dont have to take care of your responsibilities. Who the helll does this man thinks he is talking to me like that? He has no right to tell me what and what not to do. On top of all this he tells me , where do you get all this " I have the right to ask for your area managers email " he tells me who do you think you are ...... he was mocking me . This is so disrespectful in so many ways , this is unacceptable. I will reach out to the Area Manager if its the last thing I do , I have 5 storage units with him/Lance in both locations and this is the way he gives me courtesy/customer service . On top of everything the climate control units are always so hot. He doesn't have the climate temperature where its needed , probably because he wants to save money for his bonus or god knows what ???? If you are reading this and agree with me that the climate control units are always hot ,please reach out to the area manager not Lance . Once I get the area managers email , I will post it here . So now the way he has reacted towards me. Even if I ask tell him the climate control units are so hot 🔥 ,he will probably ignore me . I am about to pay $288 dollars for a 10x10 and he will probably not even listen to me . SP IF YOU ARE THE AREA MANAGER READING THIS , I AM GOING TO FIND OUT A WAY TO REACH OUT TO YOU . WHAT LANCE DID IS OFFENSIVE TO ME AND THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. NO ONE HAS THE RIGHT TO TALK DOWM TO YOU , ESPECIALLY THE PROPERTY MANAGER. BELIEVE ME I WILL MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW ABOUT HIW AND WHAT TO EXPECT IF THEY LEASE/RENT FROM THIS LOCATION THIS MAN REALY IS SOMETHING ELSE. I WILL END ALL 5 LEASES/RENTALS THIS MONTH BECAUSE OF HIM , ALL OVER A REQUEST FOR A $40 DOLLAR DISCREPEBCY/LATE FEE , THEY RATHER LOOSE OUT ON $1200 IN LEASED UNITS , WOW THANKS LANCE 😊 👍 😳 SINCERELY REYNALDO REYNA RAY RAY 💙 I finished my review at 10:18 am wow
