I scheduled a service appointment after being told they had great reviews and were one of the best in the area. However, my experience did not reflect that at all. Before doing any real troubleshooting, the technician emphasized how expensive their services are. After a quick assessment, I was quoted $437 to replace a single 1” PVC valve, a part that typically costs under $10. It felt like the $99 service call was simply a way to provide a high quote rather than diagnose the issue thoroughly or offer reasonable repair options. There was little effort to explain the problem in detail or provide alternatives. I would strongly recommend getting multiple quotes before committing to any work with this company. My experience left me feeling like the pricing was excessive and not justified by the work involved.
