BUYER BEWARE:
The facility itself is top notch as far as the condition of the buildings, lighting, security, cameras and such. Those would likely deserve 5 star rating.
Where it all goes of a cliff is in the way the owners conduct business. I moved in on a "First Month Free" special and settled into a large unit at $115 a month. After 3 months I was advised of a small rate hike coming in month 4 which would put my rent at $206. This was ridiculous, but I already had a lot stored there so just dealt with it. Over the next 18 months or so my rate went from $206 to $298, and I was NEVER notified ever again, I only knew of the increase if I checked my credit card statement. This is no way to conduct business if you want to keep a loyal customer base. Don't give in to supply & demand business models that squeeze out ever penny by gouging or running off existing customers in trade for new ones (who may not realize what they're getting themselves into).
