Horrible experience we went in to get glass and have one of the pieces cut. We got there at 10:35 am and was told we would be next after another customer needed a pex glass cut we said OK, the were told 45 mins in which we said ok. Steve did not help another customer cut glass instead he stood in front of us in another aisle while just talking for 30 mins.Then steve literally avoided us the whole time while we were there saying he had more customers out of nowhere.A man by the name of Johnny was called and came at 12:15pm and it took him 15 minutes to help us. Steve walks over there also and said he couldn't find his glove mind you he got his gloves around 11:30am and told us he had to help a customer, convient huh. Customers should not have to wait this long for help especially after being told over and over he still knows your over here. If i could leave a 2nd review for Johnny and how fast he assisted us it would be 5 stars. Steve would be a 0 if i could. If he would have just said i cant cut glass we would have left.

Have had an order that was placed on Tuesday for a delivery of material to be delivered for an office build out including lumber, Sheetrock, and ceiling grid materials to be delivered on Friday morning, had crews that were going to be onsite to install on Friday and through the weekend. Received an email on Thursday event at 4:11pm stating that the order was postponed due to (1) part of the ceiling material was delayed. Due to this the entire schedule is shot, no lumber no screws just a load of Sheetrock sitting outside . Moral of the story, if you want good service goto Home Depot, I’m done using Lowe’s!!!

After requesting help to load 18 bags of garden mulch and soil into my car, the man Robert at the cash register called his support for help. The manager I think is female was not willing to help and told him to call Johnathon the store manager. He was disappointed because Johnathon was not available. He never answered his calls “code 50” So after two attempts to get support in the guard lawn and garden area, I was forced to go to customer service and ask for a manager. While listening to my ex explanation, Corey from another department Quickly came over to customer service and offered to help. Corey and another gentleman with a forklift load My car.
I’m very grateful for Corey and he should be praised for his Willingness to go out in the scorching heat load a car when that was not his responsibility or his department. Thank you Corey!!

I'm standing here in Lowe's, looking at dishwashers with my mom and sister. We are rather overwhelmed with the customer service here. Someone kindly greeted us near the door and showed us exactly where the appliances were, and when we reached them, Sharon immediately helped my mom. She explained all of the options, then narrowed down the specific ones that met my moms request. Then she went down the aisles and opened the doors of just the ones that could be ordered in white (mom's kitchen color). She guided mom through the purchase with care and made the whole process smooth. On our way out, an associate named Daryl kindly made sure we had found what we needed. This was absolutely the best customer service!!
