  We had an excellent experience with our pool project from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding, and the entire team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Our project manager & sales associate did a fantastic job overseeing every phase of the build. He carefully reviewed the work completed by each trade, ensured everything met expectations, and kept us informed throughout the process. He took the time to explain each step, answer our questions, and make sure we understood what to expect along the way. The project was executed in a timely manner, and the attention to detail was evident from beginning to end. We truly appreciated the communication, organization, and commitment to quality. We are thrilled with our new pool and would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a smooth, well-managed pool construction experience.

  The whole experience was wonderful. It started with Ryan and he drew out our pool exactly how we wanted it. It did take us time from the drawings to actually get financed to have it built. They were patient with us and even checked in with us. Once we started they told us it could take 8-12 weeks depending on weather so they do say 10 weeks. It was done within 8 weeks and we were communicated with throughout the whole process. We had pool school and even though I am not an expert I know if I needed to I can brush the pool and check my water levels. I would highly recommend Hobert, Ryan and the whole team.

  We finally made up our minds to build a pool after getting a quote from about half a dozen pool companies. The reason we selected Hobert Pools was because Chris Notley really put our thoughts and dreams into reality. We had a freehand drawing of our dream pool, and Chris took that idea and created the most amazing pool for us. Contrary to all the other pool companies we spoke to, Chis didn’t add things that we didn’t need, but he suggested the ideal elements in the precise location. He really understood what we wanted. Chris and Hobert Pools perfectly put our dreams into a drawing and then into reality. The final pool was exactly in our budget, and they quote was exactly what we paid, we didn’t have any hidden fees or surprise charges. They were very honest and clear with the quoting and pricing. During the design process we asked Chris how close the final pool was to his drawing, and he said, “pretty close”. Well. See the pictures and judge for yourself, they are basically identical. The process was very organized from design to pool school; we were always kept informed of every step in the process. We had a small delay due to a city-code compliance that we, as homeowners, wanted to understand and address properly but even with that the pool was ready to enjoy in the expected schedule. Everyone at Hobert Pools was kind, and patient with us. After the pool was finished and trying to understand the in-and-outs as first time pool owners, Hobert was there for every single question to help us. They truly care about their customers, we never felt we were just business for them. We all have enjoyed an amazing pool, so relaxing and even our doggie enjoys just seating by the pool. Everyone at Hobert Pool is AMAZING!! Thank you so much for being such great company and we recommend them 110%!!!

  I called and the lady answerig the phone is RUDE when answered! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB FIND A NEW ONE! Ill find a better pool company to give my money to!
