  If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! For the last two months, I’ve been that customer walking into Leslie’s every week with another water sample, trying to win the battle against algae and get my pool chemistry under control. Will and Colby never made me feel like a nuisance. They were incredibly patient, took the time to explain what I needed to do each week, and genuinely wanted to help me solve the problem. As it turns out, the culprit wasn’t me, it was that my pool gallonage in the system was wrong the whole time! Once we figured that out, everything finally clicked, and my pool is crystal clear. At this point, we’re on a first-name basis whenever I walk through the door, and I actually look forward to stopping in. If you’re looking for knowledgeable people who truly care about helping their customers (even when it takes a little detective work), Will and Colby are the team to see. Thanks for sticking with me until we got it right!

  Check the hours carefully if you decide to go here. They’re open til 7 on some weekdays and 6 on other weekdays. I arrived at exactly 6:00 pm for about a 2 minute transaction. The guy just looked at me through the window and shrugged his shoulders. Thanks to this experience I discovered that Wal Mart has a LOT of pool supplies.

  Colby is very knowledgeable! I needed a part for a very old filter system. He researched it and found a solution to my problem. Although I know zero about pools, he treated me with the utmost respect and never made me feel like I knew nothing:-) As Arnold would say: "I'll be back!"

  5/29/2026. 11:30pm！We brought a water sample from our pool for testing at this store and had a very disappointing experience with the staff member named Will？ At the beginning, we provided a sufficient water sample (about half a bottle of mineral water size). However, after the initial test, when we asked for clarification and a re-check, the remaining sample was suddenly discarded. We were then told that there was not enough water left to complete the testing and were asked to go home and bring another sample. This was confusing and frustrating, as the sample had clearly been sufficient when we first arrived. The handling of the sample and the communication felt unprofessional and dismissive. We did not feel that the service was handled in a respectful or helpful manner, and the overall experience did not meet reasonable customer service expectations.！

  I read the reviews of this location and agree to many of them. We are Leslie’s customers for 15 years. This is the rude employees, worst manager , bad service. Do not recommend this location.
