We had a great experience getting our storage unit thanks to Julissa! She made the entire process simple, stress-free, and easy to understand. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming.
One thing that really stood out was how warm and personable she was. While we were signing up, her daughter and her sweet dog, Little Lady, stopped by, which made the experience feel even more welcoming and enjoyable. It was nice to see such a friendly atmosphere.
