  Alicia Fletcher is very kind and so helpful in getting our account straightened out. While realizing we had an account in the past, we needed many updates. She jumped on the phone and got the technical help needed. She helped me in setting up the app and now I’m set. Thank you Alicia.

  I had a great experience after being greeted by Alicia at the 10535 Mason location. She was so nice, professional and extremely knowledgeable regarding the size unit I needed after listening to my needs. The facility was very clean and well maintained but what set it apart from others is friendly employees like Alicia! 👍🏻

  This is an update to an earlier posting due to another spectacular experience at Extra Space. This review is long overdue but still very necessary. Just when I thought the staff at Extra Space couldn’t get any more professional and helpful, they stepped up with extraordinary care. I took a cart full of items to my space and returned to the car for another load. Somehow, I actually got lost heading to the storage unit. Seriously, lost. Found my way back to the elevator multiple times but just couldn’t figure out where I was going wrong returning to the unit. At some point, I completely lost focus and started to panic. After sitting down for a moment to cry in frustration, I phoned the front office. Without missing a beat, Alicia located me on the cameras, told me to stay put as she was coming to get me. She kindly led me to the unit, then pointed out a more direct route than I’d been taking previously. She also calmly showed me the trick to not fighting with the lock when opening and closing. Her calm, kind assurances helped bring the panicked, overwhelmed feelings and frustration down to earth. I was so very grateful. We then discussed whether I had ample storage available for the movers coming the next day. As a precaution, she and Carla then worked quickly to secure a second unit quite near the existing one to make things easier. Of course, I managed to botch the online portion myself and she and Carla unwound the transaction and implemented the changes I needed. Not once did Alicia become impatient or condescending. I felt like I had a best friend stepping in to help in my low moment and she got me back on track for the move the next day. Compassion and professionalism is in short supply these days but somehow Extra Space has managed to hire an entire team of people who consistently bring humor, expertise and just plain decentness to the job. I am a loyal fan now and am so very glad to be renting a unit at this location. Previous Review: Who would have thought renting a storage space would be such a stunningly rock star experience? I originally reviewed sizes and pricing online but just couldn’t visualize the space to make a decision. I drove by the Mason Rd location for a quick look and was greeted by Julissa, who completely knocked my socks off with her outstanding professionalism, knowledge and customer care. She showed me around, answered my questions and provided answers for questions I hadn’t even thought of. The personalized care and concern, the expedited service in setting me up with a rental and her genuine love of her employer and career made the entire experience seamless and joyful. The facility itself is immaculate and fresh-smelling. This Extra Space location is superior all around and no doubt due to Julissa’s management of the facility.
