- BUBayram Ali USLUAug 8, 20261.0I spent over $1,000 at Leslie’s purchasing 8 cans of pool epoxy products — 4 cans of epoxy primer and 4 cans of epoxy pool paint. After spending that amount of money, I only wanted to return one single can, and the product was completely unopened — even the cardboard box had never been opened. When I came to return it, the person wearing a name tag that said “Nick – General Manager” told me that I could only return the product to the exact store where I originally purchased it and that another Leslie’s location would not accept the return. This was extremely disappointing. There was no effort to help, no attempt to find a solution, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction. For a company with multiple locations, treating a customer this way after spending over $1,000 is unacceptable — especially when the return involved only one completely unopened item. If this is truly Leslie’s company policy, then it is a terrible and extremely customer-unfriendly policy and should be clearly disclosed before customers make large purchases. If it is not company policy, then the information and customer service provided by the general manager were even more disappointing. Customer satisfaction at this location is basically zero. I will seriously think twice before spending money with Leslie’s again

Great service.
