I usually have trouble communicating with people due to being hearing impaired. I am deaf. My language is ASL. But thanks to Sarah knowing a little bit of sign language was able to have a great experience at extra space storage, I can't thank Sarah enough for being very patient with me. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
