I just rented a storage unit, and Property Manager Lori was very pleasant, professional, and helpful throughout the process. She made everything easy and answered all of my questions. The property is mint clean. I regret to having my other storage which is in Public storage who are not at all cooperative and customer oriented. I might rent bigger space here later.
Lori gave an excellent customer service—I highly recommend this facility!
