- RRRobertMay 8, 20261.0So took a pool cleaner into this location to see about fixing it. The representative was staring at the wall doing nothing, but when I initially walked in he was quite helpful. He said he needed to call his manager (who wasn't there) to see if they fixed this item, and was told no. At that point, everything changed and he no longer was interested in talking at all. He told me another Leslie's location would fix it and provided me no other information at all. I then went on a wild goose chase to learn that they don't fix my pool cleaner at all. The thing that got me was the fact that I would require another pool cleaner, whether they fix it or not. Repeatedly telling me I would have to go somewhere else without even trying to answer any questions let me know that customer service is really lacking. I've since replaced my pool cleaner, but I would have thought these guys would like the business along with a new customer. Guess not though. Doesn't cost much to be friendly guys. Even if you don't fix something, maybe it needs to be replaced. When you begin ignoring and shift your tone it definitely turns people off.

- CCchanghes1Sep 27, 20195.0Matt did an excellent job to fix my pool cleaner! I went to the store after 5pm on Wednesday, 9/25/2019. It was a little late. Matt worked on it immediately and after a couple of tries, he was able to fix the issue and make the cleaner run perfectly! After the work was done, it passed 6pm which was store closing time. Great thanks to Matt and Jimmy who assisted also! Good customer service and I have always come for pool material!
