  Dropped our pool robot off and waited 2 months before it was “repaired.” The guy who repairs it was never there. It literally sat on the counter for weeks. They finally “repaired it” the guy said I don’t get paid to fix it, you only pay for the parts so you’re on a long line. The cleaner still doesn’t work so now we’re back to ground zero.

  Friendly staff. I really appreciate how they offered to help me out when I have more than I can carry by myself. That personal touch goes a long way in a world where everything can get delivered the next day off Amazon.

  Todd is great! Very helpful and explained everything I needed to do to keep my pool sparkling clean. This new pool owner will be back for his expertise and kindness.

  Walked in to get help with a pool water test as new pool owners in a new house. We got rude comments about how important it was to know the exact amount of water in the pool, which we were able to supply, just needed to calculate it first, then all of a sudden it wasn’t that important when his computer system was acting up and he couldn’t change the amount… To top it off he made a remark on us being stupid for being foreigners and having an accent, so we just left. So if you want rude, racist and unhelpful I recommend Leslie’s pools in Murphy. If that’s not your deal, please go somewhere else!

  Incredible rude and unprofessional staff. He made comments about "language barrier", had racist remarks and treated us so poorly, despite being the only ones in the store, that we stopped talking and left. He dumped our entire sample to make our lives more difficult.
