Malik provided outstanding customer service and truly went above and beyond to help me secure the perfect-sized storage unit at a moment’s notice. He was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire process, noticing and taking care of all the little details that made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier.
What really stood out to me was that shortly after I left, Malik actually followed up with me by phone to make sure everything was up to my expectations. That level of care is rare these days. It was such a pleasure speaking with someone who was not only professional, but genuinely a thoughtful and caring human being.

Excellent experience at this Extra Space location. I pick up auctions at multiple locations and this was a great experience. Richard was very professional, helped me get what and where I needed!
