Just picked up my lock, gentleman walked me to my unit and showed me how everything works. Pointed out moving equipment that we can use to haul our stuff to unit. And that if our unit wasn’t big enough he would help accommodate. Great customer service

The most painless storage rental I’ve ever experienced… reserved online, registered an account in the app, and I was able to get in, get my lock, and everything with zero human interaction required. No gate code to remember, you open it and all of the common doors from the app, and the location is clean, well-lit, and extremely convenient!
I did wind up working with an employee onsite, because I didn’t know about the app yet, and he was wonderful! Courteous, helpful, and patient with my slow cell service while I got the app set up!
