I went to pick up an online rug order and it was easy, but I will say the employee who retrieved my order from their storage area was kind of rude 😭 he just put it on the counter and didn’t say anything until I asked if he needed my ID or anything else. And honestly offering to help load it by saying “not unless you need help putting it in your car” with a passive aggressive attitude put me off. Luckily I was able to kind of carry it out by myself since the rug was on the thinner side. Not sure I’ll be back to this one, I felt like a bother

Both attendants were with other customers and didn’t acknowledge that I was standing right in front of them. One of the two even called up another customer in line to check them out and disregarded me completely.

So many options to choose from, and their clearance items were steals. Plus their staff up front were very friendly and professional. Def can’t wait until I come back here soon.
