After emailing to have my phone number removed from the system, I received a text from Eric letting me know he was on his way to Syrus’ house. At this point, who wants to bet I’ll be getting more photos of someone else’s home this afternoon?
It’s hard to understand how, after repeatedly pointing out that customer information is being sent to the wrong person, this is still happening.

He knocked on the door at 8:06. Left at 8:11. Had the fogger on his back when he left. Do not know if he treated for snails as I requested or how much of our 1/2 acre he covered. Or if he checked and or refilled mosquito a bait traps and rat bait traps. I will find out if and when the mosquitoes hit. Or if rats return. I am amazed of how spry he must have been to get all of our landscaping sprayed, rat bait and mosquito bait all done in 5 minutes. It has taken previous people at least a half hour. But I am sure this guy was 85% faster with the same coverage.

We were starting to get 1/2 dozen bird nests on top of around 8 small bee hives, all around the house. Today, a Regional Mgr, "Aaron" (hope it's correct) & Nate came to inspect/remove them & spray the areas...and...my wife kids were super impressed by Aaron's detailed explanations & his advisement to help minimize them for the future. And he even provided/hung small buckets all around the backyard to minimize bees from getting closer to the house. Even our yound daughter understood everything & was impressed by the level of thoroughness. So, thank you !

I really appreciate Yahri.
He took time walking through the yard with me and talking to me about my different needs. He showed me some places where there was a mosquito container set up. We discussed some pesky little mice we have in the back. One even ran by in front of me, to show Yahri he was in fact in our yard. Yahri put a container out for them. He was very thorough.
I would like to keep him as my service man in the future. It’s really helpful if you have the same person that comes to your house and is familiar with your various problems and your pets. My dogs are can be a nuisance, he worked with them and they calmed down after they got familiar with him. Please assign Yahri to my house for future services. Great service!

Watch out with all of your billing, everybody. I signed on with Aptive in June 2022 for quarterly service. The service I guess was fine. But over that time what was supposed to be serviced every 90-100 days but over time that turned into them showing up every 40-50 days.
But my biggest problem was that over the past 3-4 months my "quarterly" service jumped in price by almost $50. AND THEN when I was researching the history of my billing through my email I saw a new subscription contract from May 2026 where they upgraded my service to the most premium service which was a renewal contract for 2 years and they show up every 20 days.
I went from paying $161 in 8/24 to the final bill they just wanted me to pay of $208.
I never received that May 2026 contract to sign and I never signed a new contract. But there was the document in my email with my digital signature on it saying that I did all this.
I'm pretty flexible, but I'm not tolerating deceptive business practices. I just got done cancelling my account...

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
