- ASAli S3 days ago1.0This company is running a scam. I agreed to a one time service fee by a representative that was going door to door in my neighborhood. I was then charged an $80 fee and called to find out what was going on. They told me this was a valid charge and I was locked into a 12 month subscription with the company. If I wanted to cancel I had to pay a cancellation fee. I will be disputing the transactions with my credit card company. I highly do not recommend.

Team let's us know when they are on their way and complete with pictures. When we have specialized issues, those are taken care of without additional cost. Love the company amd my dedicated crew.

I received horrible pest control service at my home. The guy didn't even pretend to do a good job, and he knew I could see him. When I tried to get customer service to make it right, I could not speak to someone locally. All their phone numbers route to a call center in another country with extremely rude agents. They claim they don't have phone numbers for the local offices, and they claim their managers "don't take calls". Stay far away from this shady company and their aggressive, lying sales reps who constantly come to the door.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
