Sam was great. The best the company has sent out since we started last year. He was genuinely interested in what I wanted and helped in every way he could. I appreciate employees like that.

Relentless, pushy, salesmen. For all the things they describe they do in their pitch, the servicemen are not here more than 15 min. They get customers locked into a contract for 2 years at $100/month and charge you $200 if you end contract prematurely. So the business model is to look good, get people under contract, under deliver services described during sales pitch, and either collect payments from people that don't pay attention, or charge people to end contract no matter how bad the services provided are.

Our experience with Aptive Pest Control has been very positive. Both young men who started with us, Kadin for sales and information and Corbin, for direct services and application, are both very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. The product is environmentally safe and also safe around pets. The price is excellent and we are very pleased with their company.
