Luis was awesome! Took my call on a holiday, and had me on the schedule the next day. He showed up On time, completed the job quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend, and will use them again. If I could give him more than five stars, I would.!

Hit or miss. Used them once for a lockout and it was great. Did a rekey for the house locks recently and got hit with a $250 labor charge for rekeying the locks on top of the $95 svc and $35 per cylinder charge. He didn't do any labor outside of the rekey of the cylinders, my locks are basic schlage locks without any plates. The guy commented about how even my doors and foundation were and how he didn't have to adjust anything... so I don't know where the extra labor came from. I didn't have time to take another day off work so I just paid it but I probably won't use them again.

Enis helped replaced my very worn-out key in 10 mins and saved me 140 bucks by double checking the key chip! Also appreciate Downey’s help!
