- RMRalph MillerJul 17, 20265.0AT HOME is one of the cleanest, well stocked stores I go into. For a store as large as they are, this store is immaculate and that is impressive. I also love the fact that they put out Seasonal items well before other stores and for someone like me, we love that.

Customer service replied on google review but it seems they only do so to appear helpful but once you contact them directly they offer no resolutions. They say their system isnt equipped to handle these issues or exchanges or replacements so to either buy a new one and return broken item or they can’t do anything else. No apologies. No offer to give a discount for repeated issue.

What is the At Home return policy?
No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s).
Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt.
We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items.
