  Very unreasonable staff. We had an overdue payment of like $127 for 6 months that I made best efforts to pay on multiple occasions. The invoice was bugged in their system and their system could not find it in the online customer portal, so I was unable to pay by credit card or electronic check, nor would they take payment over the phone. I sent and had 3 checks returned to me that couldn't get through their snail mail after verifying the address with them multiple times. I tried to work with their billing staff, Stacy Christen, throughout the process but they only wanted a check that couldn't make its way through the mail. Finally, I sent someone up there, a several hour drive, to make a cash payment. We got it paid, but now they won't even sell to us with cash payment. I'm not sure what is wrong with these people.

  Awesome shop and some excellent prices. They seemed equally happy dealing with me a home gamer who just needed some saw blades as they were dealing with contractors doing bulk orders. Texas Tool Traders feels like a real old school tool shop with staff who actually know what they are doing.
