  I had a great experience working with Angie Doneyhue at Star Furniture. From the moment we started, she was extremely professional, helpful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, listened to what I was looking for, and made everything smooth and stress-free. Angie is very knowledgeable about the furniture, products, and services offered, and her recommendations really helped me make confident decisions. She was patient, informative, and never made me feel pressured. Her customer service and attention to detail truly stood out. I would highly recommend Angie to anyone looking for a great furniture shopping experience. She made the whole process enjoyable and I truly appreciate all of her help

  We've purchased from Star Furniture a few times before and have always been very satisfied. The customer service is always very good and the furniture is great quality. During a recent visit, however, we were told the delivery fee was $269 for a dining set, which seems exorbitant since we live only two miles away. In addition, we were told that the bench they had to special order for us would not be returnable. Considering the price was $360 and we've never seen the bench, that seems unreasonable. We took a pass on the entire purchase this time.

  Today, I came in to find a second option in my couch search, but ended up leaving with a beautiful leather sofa and ottoman plus a 5-year protection plan that actually makes sense. Upon entering, I was greeted, offered something to drink, and told “let me know if the piece(s) you like don’t have a discount on it, I’ll work with you to fix that!” Joe, Penny, and the entire staff were kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the whole process. I hope their compensation reflects their incredible service! Thanks, Star!

  Avoid making any large purchases here! They were not consistent in their follow up with delivery dates. I made a rather large purchase and a few of my items were delivered damaged. It took weeks to sort out my missing parts for the beds. It was a nightmare! (Pflugerville location) Also, I saw one consumer’s review on deceptive pricing. I experienced some similar issues with this too.
