  We had a great experience with McKinney Custom Pools and have already recommended them to others. We needed a creative design to maximize the size of our pool because of the unique size and shape of our backyard, and McKinney came up with an incredible design that was far better than what their competitors proposed. Their pricing was fair, and the entire process was straightforward, organized, and informative. We couldn’t be happier with the finished pool. Everyone at McKinney was responsive whenever we had questions, and every crew that worked on our project was professional, respectful, and did quality work. The only area that could be improved is communication regarding scheduling. We understood the overall construction timeline, but we weren’t always notified about exactly when crews would arrive or when weather caused delays. That said, our project manager was always just a phone call away, responded quickly, and kept us informed whenever we reached out, so it was never a major issue. Overall, we are extremely happy with the experience and the final product, and we would absolutely recommend McKinney Custom Pools to anyone looking to build a pool.

  We had a good experience with McKinney Custom Pools and would definitely recommend them. We had a large project that included a custom pool, Carve Crete flooring, an outdoor kitchen, a custom pergola, an outdoor shower, and cedar posts. We also paid a very fair price and are happy with the final results. I am very detail-oriented and have high expectations for quality and craftsmanship. Like any large project, there were a few issues along the way, but McKinney made sure to address and correct them promptly. With McKinney’s warranty and excellent customer service, I feel confident they will continue to stand behind their work and ensure we remain happy with our investment.

  I talked to just about every pool company in Houston and felt like McKinney was the best choice. After having picked McKinney to build my pool, it turned out amazing. They were able to bring my exact vision to life and it looks better than I could’ve even hoped for!
