One of the things I appreciate most is how clean and well-maintained the facility is. In nearly seven years, I have never had an issue with pests or cleanliness. My unit is climate-controlled, which gives me peace of mind knowing that my furniture and other belongings are protected from the Houston heat and humidity.
The property is always clean, secure, and easy to access, and I feel comfortable knowing my belongings are being stored in a well-maintained facility.
