- MMMegan Miley2 days ago5.0Probably the most well kept laundromat I’ve visited. Washers always work, floors always clean, vending machines always stocked, and most of all there’s always an attendant to help. Usually when I am washing it’s CHRISTY. She is friendly, attentive, helpful and ALWAYS working. Let’s be real, no one likes doing laundry let alone going to a laundromat where people are letting their untamed children run wild and wreak havoc, or dealing with a dirty establishment…… but Christy is always on her A- game. She makes sure everyone and everything is running smoothly!

Staff is very rude if you don’t believe me bring your children in ! They constantly complain instead of just working they interfere a pick and complain ! They threaten to call police and forced to leave with clothes still in machine! Do a better job at hiring decent employees who don’t mind children being children! Corporate office!

Further, the attendants on site are very friendly, greeted me immediately upon entry, and overall made me feel welcomed. The environment was cool, not muggy or uncomfortable despite the very hot temperatures outside. Further, it was very spacious. I also came on a special discount day, where washing on the all medium sized washers was only (hold onto your hats) $0.99 cents, and the larger machines were $1.99. I came because I needed to wash larger household items. They even guaranteed the one-time dry cycle would dry the items, backing it up if it doesn't. I had a few items that were barely dampened, and they honored this guarantee without hesitation. Truly, I enjoyed washing here better than my home and it was completed without heating up my home. Please let me report: I'm not a Computer Bot, and I have no financial benefit from the company or its employees. Thank you Speed Queen!!!!! I'll definitely return. -Shannon K.
