I had purchased items and needed to return 2 things (which was not even $20 and he had spent over $400 on that one trip), however, the account used to make the purchase got closed due to the card being stolen and fraud issues: anyways whenever I went to the store they said they had to have the card used to do the return. I had even called and the lady on the phone was completely rude and unhelpful and acted like a bratty teenager. They said they couldn't do anything so we would just be stuck with the items.
I then contacted A DIFFERENT LOWES and explained to them the situation, and the manager was beyond helpful at the OTHER LOWES STORE AND NOT THIS ONE and they took care of my return.
I WILL NEVER AGAIN DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS LOWES STORE LOCATION AMD I DO SUGGEST THAT ANYONE WHOM HAS EVER HAD TO DO ANY RETURN IN THEIR LIVES OR ANYONE WHI WORKS CONSTRUCTION OR REMODELING JOBS DOES NOT GO TO THIS LOWES STORE LOCATION BECAUSE YOU WILL NOT BE HELPED IF YOU END UP NEEDING ANY HELP!

I was going to do the review off the receipt but I misplaced it. Its been 2 weeks and it's to much to type but we are hopefully getting the stove today. Thats why im not here though. Im here to say how great and knowledgeable JASON was in the appliance part of the store. From the moment I called the store 3 days after are purchase and not hearing anything. He was the one that answered and got everything going and even called me when the stove arrived earlier then expected. Dude was a great person and not bothered with 1000 questions. He is the only reason we ordered the stove for a 3rd time instead of going across the street.
