Pasadena location is amazing. We have used them for years but recently the service has been so phenomenal. They also use an app now so you literally cannot ever get locked out or have an issue and not get help.
So affordable too like it’s crazy how good yet cheap they are!

I have been renting a storage unit with Extra Space for quite sometime dealing with several different facility managers. Most were very pleasant and helpful. The current facility manager, Ms. Bonnie, is by far at a level way above any previous ones. She is always so pleasant, cheerful and a delight to be around. She is the epitome of what I would expect in a great manager. The facility is always neat, clean and well cared for. It exceeds all expectations for a well run and well organized facility! I highly recommend it to all.
