I love this place! It is so clean and well maintained. I moved here from an older property owned by another company. They didn't maintain the property or keep it clean. Renting Extra Space Storage has been heaven! Extra Space is extremely clean, no bugs, they maintain their air conditioning, and they have a bathroom available. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience thanks to the amazing customer service. The storage unit worker (Bonnie) was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. She took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the rental process quick and stress-free. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. The facility was clean, well-maintained, and I left feeling confident that my belongings were in good hands. I highly recommend this storage facility, especially because of the outstanding service I received!

Bonny was great help to me in my moveout, I had an issue being able to confirm my unit was empty and had no way of unlocking due to me already moving to Austin. She went out of her way to send me all the right forms so I could authorize them to take the lock off for me and keep me from paying another month that I wasnt even utilizing the unit.
She saved me a 3 Hour drive there and back, and almost 200$!! She was so nice and so quick to help me from 2 major cities away.
10/10 experience would definitely chose to store my belongings at this location again
