  Justin was the best installer we have ever used! The installation took no time at all, he explained everything very well, and when he was done it looked like nobody had been in the house because he cleaned up so well! I’d recommend him without reservation!

  Absolutely blown away by Accent Windows. Competitive pricing and HIGH quality product / installation. We had Justin come install our blackout curtains and he was punctual, incredibly nice / respectful / professional, and did an amazing job overall. He was very detail oriented and meticulous. Thank you very much Accent Windows! For anyone on the lookout for these services, look no further. Highly suggest you ask for Justin as well!

  The products I ordered were installed yesterday. One roller shade arrived damaged. The roller shades are 1” too small in the window, but I am being told “that’s just how they are” - they look terrible and while I was told to expect for some light to filter through on the edges I was not told it’d be an 1” smaller than the actual frame. One of the arches did not fit, will also need to be reordered. One of the shutter window once opened doesn’t close back up and installer failed to mention. The shutters were left close and as I attempted to open them today a plank just fell off. One of the top blind panels was too big, after the installer cut it to make it fit, it was then too small leaving a visible gap. I’m completely dissatisfied with the craftsmanship and quality of this product. Unfortunately they make you pay everything in full in advance and state in the contract it is none refundable. They fail to tell you even if you don’t like the product due to poor quality, bad installation, or bad fit, you’re still not entitled to your money back.
