I recently moved to the area from San Antonio, where I previously had an account with Aaron’s and had a great experience. Since moving, I called because I had a few questions about getting set up at the new location. I was told that I needed to reapply online, which I did immediately after getting off the phone. I then called back to let the representative know that I had completed the application. However, the young lady I spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful. She told me that I needed to provide additional documentation. As I was explaining that I was unable to bring the documentation in at that exact moment, I was trying to ask whether there was another way for someone to submit it on my behalf. Before I could even finish explaining or ask my question, she hung up on me. I called back, and unfortunately, she continued to have a very disrespectful and nasty attitude toward me. I’m sure these calls are recorded, so I encourage management to listen to the conversations and review how I was treated. If this is how your customers are going to be treated, then I honestly have no desire to do business with this location. My experience with the Aaron’s location in San Antonio was completely different. They were professional, helpful, and made me feel valued as a customer. I simply moved to a new area and expected the same level of service. I run a multimillion-dollar business myself, and I would never allow one of my employees to speak to or treat a customer the way I was treated today. Customers should not have to feel disrespected when they are simply trying to purchase furniture and become paying customers. I believe your company can do better, and I strongly encourage you to address this situation and make sure your employees understand the importance of treating customers with professionalism and respect. I believe the employee’s name was Nidia, or something similar. Please look into this matter and listen to the recorded calls. I had every intention of purchasing furniture from you, but after this experience, I will unfortunately not be recommending this location to anyone unless the customer service issues are addressed. Thank you for your time, and I hope someone takes this complaint seriously.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".
How will my merchandise be delivered?
Your local store will call you to schedule your free delivery of your merchandise at a time that’s convenient for you.
Can I track the delivery of my item?

Yes! While you are leasing from Aaron’s we will move your merchandise for you provided you are moving within 15 miles of your current residence.

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
What is Aaron's return policy?
Once your item has been delivered, you can contact your local store to schedule a time for return or pick-up as stated in your agreement. However, you will not receive a refund. But don’t forget about our lifetime reinstatement benefit; you can restart your lease anytime you like on the same or comparable value merchandise (excludes lawn equipment).
