- JBJennifer BrysonMay 19, 20261.0NEVER will I do business here again. I have had an account with this company for YEARS and have never had a single issue until now. I ordered a brand new washer and dryer for my daughter and had it delivered to her home. Upon delivery, the dryer did not work at all. The delivery driver took it back to the store, where the “assistant manager” took apart and worked on a BRAND NEW dryer. After finally getting it redelivered, it arrived damaged. I called to speak with management and spoke with Carl, who acted as if he didn’t believe me because he personally worked on the dryer himself. WHAT?! After sending photos of the damage, I was then told they could not deliver another dryer because the lease was not in my daughter’s name — even though I am the one who purchased and pays for everything. Over the years, I have purchased multiple refrigerators, washers, and dryers for myself, my son, and my daughter at different addresses and have NEVER missed a payment. Not once during this entire ordeal did anyone apologize for how this situation was handled. I also spoke with the “General Manager,” Jacob, who was just as unhelpful. The customer service at this location is absolutely awful. I honestly do not understand how they stay in business treating loyal customers this way. To top it all off, they actually suggested my daughter keep the damaged dryer and offered a discount. Absolutely not. If I am paying for a BRAND NEW appliance, I expect it to arrive in BRAND NEW condition. I spent over 5 HOURS dealing with this yesterday and am STILL dealing with it today. Meanwhile, my daughter is left without a dryer until this gets resolved. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. And the picture doesn’t even show all the damage — only the worst dent.

Literally owed 2 or 3 payments, and these crooks are trying to charge her for a brand new laptop. Also, they came to our house after or beforebusiness hours more than once, using intimidation tactics to "scare" is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
