- AMAutumn MoonAug 5, 20261.0Got service on 7/20, locksmith asked for cash, did not provide receipt, called for receipt next day. I was told they would send it by the end of the business day. It’s now 8/5, multiple phone calls, still no receipt. Still getting told someone will reach out. They have not. Still being told to give them to the end of the business day when I call. Still nothing. Asked for a supervisor. Not given one and just given the runaround again that it’s a 3rd party and they will reach out. At this point I’m asking for a refund. Will not use them again. Update 8/18: Still no manager. Used email provided, no response. Spoke to someone again yesterday and all they wanted to do was argue with me and tell me I was wrong. VERY unhappy. Will let the store that recommended yall know not to recommend yall any more.
