Get a new staff, we had bought a shelf but the barcode wasn't scanning so the worker told us to go get a new piece of wood cause she didnt know how to enter the right sku number. We said we'll do it ourself since she didnt know what she was doing then another worker came over that also knew nothing, and tried saying if we had explained it better maybe he wouldve got it which is crazy to tell a customer, we figured it out with no help from the staff on something they should know how to do.

So the morning staff here at Lowes are good and knowledgeable. They will respond to you and answer questions. However, the shift for late afternoon to 5:00 and the late shift are not helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, or competent. Every time I come here latter in the day I am severely disappointed.

Horrible customer service .
My husband and I did a pick up order at 5 of 2600$ We drove an hour to this Lowe’s & I called multiple times to check on the order it was placed July 21st & they said it was going to be ready the same day . We got there did some errands & went to Lowe’s around 9pm & still never got an email or text . So my husband went inside & they hadn’t started the order !!!
They had him wait awhile for the girl that does the orders because she was “busy “ my husband than helped her around 9:40ish to try to get all the stuff we ordered. There was a guy named ALEX that said they couldn’t get the rest of our stuff that we ordered that was PAID FOR ALREADY FOR THAT DAY cause they were closing . This store needs management & people that want to work . We will be taking our business elsewhere now .
