    Horrible customer service. Excuse was two employees quit so they were short staffed. Three employees saw I needed help and called for service in my area. Never got service nor attempted to see what I needed. My son who was in another aisle looking at power tools sales associate goes to help him. Not knowing I'm the one paying for a tool box, power tools and mechanic's set. Stated that's not her dept but she is there trying to help him. Told her I had been waiting for a long time for some help with toolboxes and she saw me in the middle of the aisle for over 10 mins. Stated she had just came from lunch which was a lie, because I was watching her and the other associates ignoring customers. No wonder the employees quit, I could not work with people like her either. Do better Lowe's, you need to train these associates in better customer service. The customers of Lowe's pay their income and deserve better.

    I’ve been waiting on a quote for over a month and every time I call nobody answers the phone. So I finally got somebody to answer the phone and they have no record of one of their installers coming to my house which I find very sketchy. There’s a grown man alone with me in this house and they have no record of that so ladies beware you don’t know who they’re sending to your house and they don’t know either.

    I took a full material list for a 7000 square-foot home, lumber, and windows back in October 2025. Richard Fino at the Pro desk has been helping me from October 2025 up until this day. Richard requested several quotes on the lumber and Windows from different vendors. He has helped me with the deliveries on the lumber and Windows. He is very professional and courteous and I would definitely go to Richard on my next build

    This review is solely based on Mya at the pro desk! I walk up to place an order and I have to wait for her to finish texting someone on her phone until she even looks at me when she clearly knows im standing 2 feet in front of her. Then I start asking her about a certain product and she cuts me off and says "are you pro"? I was taken off guard by that question as i am a pro shopper and been buying for many years and NEVER been asked that question! Then after she finally verified I was a big spender she offered to answer my questions but kept picking up her phone and texting and then forgetting what she was looking up for me! Then she talks like a 14 year old saying brah to me! Im not your brah! I am a paying costumer that needs to get material back to a job asap! Im not here to play kid games or you rolling your eyes because im not part of your generation! I could go on about how unprofessional she treated me!! You as a company should train your employees for their role! Especially if you put them in "professional" positions! I also shop at home depot and after this encounter, I wont be shopping at this lowes anymore. On a positive note... I usually deal with richard and he is the type to have at "pro"! Someone who knows the product and gives you all the attention while you are there!
