I prefer Lowe's to Home Depot cus of the customer service. Anytime were in Lowe's,employees are always asking if we need help,but the one time I actually needed help and asked I was told "I'll be right with you" unfortunately for me I'd interrupted his conversation with a fellow employee. I stood at the end of the aisle watching and waiting for him to come help before realizing,after about 7 min,he had no intention of coming to help. We walked out and wound up going to Home Depot for what we needed.

I went by Lowe’s to buy a toilet seat and needed assistance. I found an employee by the name of Aaron and said he would page someone who could assist me with finding the right toilet seat. Aaron got on his phone and called John, yes “John”. I started laughing when he said that John would come over and assist me. When John showed up Aaron had already talked to him and they were laughing about the toilet/John relationship. Needless to say it was great dealing with Aaron and John who were very helpful and had a wonderful sense of humor!

Assistant store manager hung up on me after I called looking for a solution to a delivery install we scheduled through the Lowe’s App. After initial installation that resulted in a damaged product being brought to our home I called the store and the Assistant manager who was incredibly rude told me “I’ve ordered the item, nothing more we can do you’ll just have to wait” and after I asked for a estimate on timing he got mad and hung up on me. We are coming up on now a month which was quoted to take 1.5 weeks and the only communication I’ve recieved from Lowe’s and all their external support is what I have had to call and reach out my self. I am currently on hold with their installation team hoping to get an update. The gentleman helping me is so far doing what he can to find a solution so I will admit I am not saying everyone in the organization is bad, he is actually been the most customer service friendly voice I have heard to date! Just bad processes that Lowes needs to figure out.
Honestly Lowe’s needs to improve their internal and external communication methods as it’s clear they don’t have clear processes within their organization and it’s clear that not every employee has all the info to be helpful.

I really hate to do this because I do realize that e-commerce is killing the brick and mortar stores, but this is a little ridiculous. I have come to this Lowe’s twice in the last two weeks to buy can lights in the Electrical department. And each and every time I came in, I looked around for an associate there wasn’t anybody available. I went to the Customer Service desk and asked them to page someone they page someone and for 20 minutes. Nobody showed up. I went back up to the Customer Service desk. they looked it up and found that there was no one on shift for the electrical department. So here I am wasting now 40 minutes of my time two separate times and still haven’t been able to buy can lights. I’m looking at buying 24 to 36 of them for my HOA community yet. I still can’t get anybody to help me. I find this a little ridiculous and not even a manager would even show up an attempt to help. Now I’m forced to go to Home Depot and hopefully they have someone available to help me. But I don’t see Sales being very progressive or positive when they’re letting two to $300 walk out two different times in the same week. That just doesn’t make sense.
