Ric, Julie, and Ernesto were very helpful and not pushy. Ric listened to my needs and showed me recliners with features that would provide comfort and the right fit. Julie came to our home on short notice to measure and then using a computer program she made a 3D model of the room using the actual pieces of furniture we liked. It was helpful to see how the pieces would fit and if we liked the layout. When I went in the next day, Ernesto went above and beyond to find the dimensions, wood stain, and availability of items within my budget. I highly recommend La-Z-Boy for your furniture needs!

Our salesman Ric Olivaeez, at the New Braunfels TX was fantastic! I called him and made an appointmrnt. I told him what I was looking for in a new recliner. When we got to La-Z-boy we mer him and he showed us what I looked at on their store websight. He then suggested another better recliner that had a lower price and was very comfortable. We purchased that recliner, Thanks Ric, we are very pleased with our new recliner.

The shopping experience at the Corpus Christi Lazy Boy store was exceptional due to one person: Gloria Thomason. She was friendly, but not clingy; attentive, but not intrusive; and extremely knowledgeable of the chairs on the floor. The best saleswoman I’ve ever encountered anywhere! Bravo zulu!
