  I am building a new home in New Braunfels. I've been looking at the furniture I purchased for almost a year. Ernesto has helped me from the beginning never being pushy but always friendly. I would not have purchased this furniture from anyone else. He was very knowledgeable of the units I purchased and helped me make the best choice. I will continue working with Ernesto and plan to purchase many more items from Lazy Boy.

  Very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely return when and if we need to purchase again, but with the great warranty provided, it will probably be a long time before we do. We have already shared our great experience with family and friends.

  Mr. Ernesto Lozano was the salesperson that waited on me and He is excellent! I was looking for a Swivel Rocker Recliner and He showed me all that was available in the store. He took the time to explain all the information pertaining to the recliners. When I need anything else from Lazy Boy, I will make sure to look for Mr. Lozano!
