  Great experience! I had a mower emergency and found Rick on Google under “lawnmower repair – new Braunfels”. When I called, he was not at home, but told me he could get to it the first thing the next morning. I stopped by his shop that evening and dropped the 20 year old non-running mower off in the yard. He called me later to say he thought he could have it all fixed by 10 the next morning, which he did! He even repaired things I had not asked him to fix. We were both born in the ‘50s and this is the way things used to be all the time. I wish it was still all this easy. Good job A1 mower repair!

  Worst place ever, I took my mower to get serviced, he charged me $230 and he didn’t do anything it doesn’t even start, he said no refunds and it’s been 3 weeks pushing him to fix it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!

  I would not recommend this business!! I took my push mower for a tune up. The owner said bring it in today and I’ll have by noon next day. Well when I get there I had to push mower into his workspace with an opening so small I was practically on my kness crawling thru. Then I had to pull it backwards up his ramp so it would sit on a table. Go next day to pick up. Gas cap was open. All gas gone. Showed me a spark plug and air filter that had been replaced. He said he twicked carburetor. He did nothing to carburetor!! Never even looked underneath to see if blades need sharpened or replaced. I know this cause I apologized to him for it being full of grass underneath!! Couldn’t start it there to test it cause no gas!! So I paid 210$. For a spark plug and air filter!!!!!!! Basically a new mower. Since I had gotten one last year for 199$. On sale I will not use or recommend this place!!!!! I cleaned underneath myself and blades have big knicks. I even asked about blades and he shrugged and said they were fine. Ha! Ok

  Great turnaround on the service. He sharpened my mower blade in a half an hour. A great guy too!
