  We have used Grigsby’s maintenance for many years. They are second to none. When it came time to decide who to use to build a pool at our lake home, we knew immediately who to call. Their in-house design process was extremely impressive and honestly exciting and fun. Tristan produced an amazing rendering and worked closely with us to make a few changes along the way. Grigsby Pool’s offered a huge selection of tile and copping. The choices they had in house were something you might expect to find in a larger city. Lance’s creativity and impeccable eye to see the job completed before the first dirt is even moved, makes the whole process run smoothly. Lance can foresee problems before they arise and his attention to detail is completely insane! Ultimately, we could not be more excited to enjoy our new pool and rest assured in knowing the investment we made with Grigsby was the right choice. Lance and his entire crew deliver a first class product that you too will be proud of for years to come.

  My experience was horrible. There were problems almost immediately. I called asking Mr Grisby to come look at them. He would not come but asked me to send pictures. Me Grigaby blamed us rather than taking responsibility for poor workmanship and inferior materials. The “new” gunite pitted within a month and is worse than when we started. Two summers later and the pool needs to be completely redone.
