    My experience was horrible. There were problems almost immediately. I called asking Mr Grisby to come look at them. He would not come but asked me to send pictures. Me Grigaby blamed us rather than taking responsibility for poor workmanship and inferior materials. The “new” gunite pitted within a month and is worse than when we started. Two summers later and the pool needs to be completely redone.

    Absolutely best service and sales for any type of pool. The staff is fantastic. They explain everything very well when servicing my pool! There's no problem that they can't handle! Highly recommend to anyone with a pool!
